Cancel Account [02-0209]
Cancel your account:
- Log In to your account
- Tap the Admin tab in the main header bar and select ‘Account Management’
- Select ‘Licences and Payment’ from the side menu and scroll down to 'Cancel Account'
- Tap the blue 'Cancel Account' button
- You will be asked to confirm: if you proceed, your account will be disabled once any current monthly/annual subscriptions have expired
- No further invoices will be created: if you are mistakenly sent invoice reminders, please let us know
- If you cancel your account while you are still in the Free Trial period, the account will be disabled, and there will be no invoices payable: if you are mistakenly sent invoice reminders, please let us know
