Cancel Account [02-0209]

Cancel your account:

  1. Log In to your account
  2. Tap the Admin tab in the main header bar and select ‘Account Management’
  3. Select ‘Licences and Payment’ from the side menu and scroll down to 'Cancel Account'
  4. Tap the blue 'Cancel Account' button
  5. You will be asked to confirm: if you proceed, your account will be disabled once any current monthly/annual subscriptions have expired
  6. No further invoices will be created: if you are mistakenly sent invoice reminders, please let us know
  7. If you cancel your account while you are still in the Free Trial period, the account will be disabled, and there will be no invoices payable: if you are mistakenly sent invoice reminders, please let us know
