Annual Licences [02-0202]
Annual licences can be bought by Direct Debit, Credit/Debit Card, or PayPal:
- Log In to your account
- Tap the Admin tab in the main header bar and select ‘Account Management’
- Select ‘Licences and Payment’ from the side menu
- Tap 'Pay Now' in the 'Licences and Invoices' table
- You will be taken to the Xero payment page
Additional annual licences can be bought at any time
- Additional annual licences expire when the original annual licence expires (i.e. the 'original' licence is the first one to be bought)
- This ensures that with any additional annual licences you are only billed for the amount of the year that remains when the licence is taken out
- Once an additional annual licence expires it can be renewed again for the coming year
Note that you can also create monthly licences - via the 'licence renewal link' email that will arrive in your inbox 10 days before your current licence expires
