Create PDF of certificate / report [03-0304]

There are 3 ways to create a PDF of a certificate or report:

1) Using the black 'Report' button in the 'Current Jobs' table

  1. In the 'Current Jobs' table, go to the black 'Reports' button for the job in question - it is on the right hand side
  2. From the drop-down menu that appears - select whether to 'Preview' the full job, or just a part of it
  3. Select the appropriate options from the 'Report Options' drop-down menu and click 'OK'
  4. Note that a warning message may now appear notifying you that the job is incomplete: you can skip this, or exit the preview and address the issue(s) raised
  5. When the PDF has been generated a menu appears: click the 'Open PDF file' button
  6. Download the PDF using the download icon in the PDF header bar - usually it is at the top right hand side

2) Using the blue 'Reports' button in the job title bar

  1. Open the job in question
  2. Click on the blue 'Reports' button in the job title bar at the top of the screen
  3. Select whether to 'Preview' the full job, or just a part of it
  4. Select the appropriate options from the 'Report Options' drop-down menu and click 'OK'
  5. Note that a warning message may now appear notifying you that the job is incomplete: you can skip this, or exit the preview and address the issue(s) raised
  6. When the PDF has been generated a menu appears: click the 'Open PDF file' button
  7. Download the PDF using the download icon in the PDF header bar - usually it is at the top right hand side

3) Using the 'Preview Report' option in the 'In-Job Menu'

  1. Open the job in question
  2. Click on 'Preview Report' in the 'In-Job Menu' side bar
  3. Select the type or report to generate, and whether to add signatures etc.
  4. Click the blue 'Preview Report' button
  5. Note that a warning message may now appear notifying you that the job is incomplete: you can skip this, or exit the preview and address the issue(s) raised
  6. The job will appear on screen: download it as a PDF using the download icon: it is at the top right hand side

Remember: whenever you download a PDF to your mobile device or your PC you should take care to give it a memorable name, and save it in a memorable location.
