Payment [02-0207]
How to buy licences
During the 30-day Free Trial there are no charges - but once the Free Trial ends, all licences become payable
Users are warned in advance of the Free Trial ending, and they are invited to buy licences in order to continue using CertSuite
Users whose existing subscriptions have lapsed are sent reminders to pay
In both cases tap the 'Buy Now' button on the modal that appears: this takes you directly to the 'Licences and Payment' page: you can also navigate to that page in-job by selecting 'Account Management' on the 'Admin' tab
The ‘Licences and Payment’ page is where you create users, and buy and allocate licences for them
To buy a licence simply check the relevant radio button, and then 'Add to Shopping Cart' at the 'Apply Licence' modal
The cost of the licence is added to the 'Checkout' button: there are options to pay monthly, annually, or 5-yearly
How to create invoices
- Payment is made the 'Checkout' button
- Tap this, and the 'Shopping Cart' displays, itemizing the total cost of the licences selected
- Tap the 'Create Inovice' button on this modal to make payment
- Note that it is very important at this point to make sure that the ‘Shopping Cart’ is exactly as you want it, because once an invoice is created you cannot continue using CertSuite until it is paid
- A modal appears, which shows the invoice number, and this numbered invoice appears in the 'Licences and Invoices' table on this page
