Download a live test result from the IMT100X, EVT100X, and MTR105X [09-0000]
How to download a live test result to CertSuite Asset from the:
- IMT100X industrial multi-tester
- EVT100X electric vehicle tester
- MTR105X rotating machine tester
To download test results you first need a Bluetooth connection: with the tester turned on, open CertSuite Asset ...
- Tap the red 'Connect BT' button (top right of the screen)
- CertSuite looks for the available Bluetooth devices
- Serial numbers of the available devices are listed in the 'Instrument Data' panel
- Tap the blue button that displays the serial number matching your device
- Once there is a successful connection the red 'Connect BT' button in CertSuite Asset turns green
- The button also displays the serial number of the connected device
In CertSuite, tap the white 'plus' button at the bottom of the screen. The 'Add New Test' box appears:
- Tap the 'Manual Entry' button to fill in the 'test type' data (etc.), using the drop down menus
- Tap the blue 'Create' button, to set up the test in CertSuite
- On the tester, press the 'Save' key
- The test result on the tester is then copied directly into the relevant field in the 'Test details' screen in CertSuite
- On the tester, press the 'Save' key again, and another test result is created in CertSuite
- The test results, in table format, can be viewed and printed in CertSuite
I got lost here: I think that the above covers the 'manual entry' button: but did we tap the 'instrument data' button? If there is a 'manual entry' option, there must be a 'automated entry' option??
