Download stored data from the DET24C [09-0000]
How to download stored data to CertSuite Asset from the DET24C digital earth clamp tester
To download data you first need a Bluetooth connection: with the tester turned on, open CertSuite Asset ...
- Turn the rotary switch on the tester to the function setting [FN]
- In CertSuite, tap the white 'plus' button at the bottom of the screen, to add a new test
- The 'Add New Test' screen appears
- Tap the 'Instrument Data' button, and at the next screen tap the 'Bluetooth' button
- CertSuite looks for available Bluetooth devices: serial numbers appear in the 'Instrument Data' box
- Tap the blue button that displays the serial number matching your device
- When the connection is made, the red 'Connect BT' button (top right of the screen) turns green, and it identifies the model in question (i.e. 'DET24C')
The 'DET24C Instrument Data' dialogue window now appears, with instructions on how to prepare the tester to download
- To download data you must first press the 'Save' and 'OK' buttons on the DET24C keypad, in the order shown in CertSuite Asset (see screenshot below)
- The buttons are pressed four times in all, and the correct order is: 'Save' + 'Save' + 'OK' + 'OK'

- When the buttons have been pressed in the right order, the letters 'bt' (for Bluetooth) in the Instrument Data panel will begin to flash
- With 'bt' flashing, tap the blue 'Download' button

- A list of all the available tests stored in the tester will then appear in the Instrument Data screen, as the data downloads
- Once the data is downloaded, the Bluetooth connection automatically breaks, and the green 'Connect BT' button in CertSuite Asset turns red
When the download is complete, the tests are listed, showing:
- The model and serial number of the tester
- The type of test
- The date and time of the test
Select which test to open by checking the relevant radio button. The stored test data then displays in CertSuite.
