Download stored data from MIT430, MIT480 and MIT2500 testers [09-0000]
How to download stored data to CertSuite Asset from the following Megger insulation testers:
- MIT430, MIT480 and MIT2500
To download data you first need a Bluetooth connection: with the tester turned on, open CertSuite Asset ...
- On the tester, turn the
- When it is ready to download data, the letters 'bLE' (which stands for Bluetooth low energy) appear on the tester's display
- In CertSuite, tap the white 'plus' button at the bottom of the screen, to add a new test
- The 'Add New Test' screen appears
- Tap the 'Instrument Data' button, and at the next screen the 'Bluetooth' button
- CertSuite looks for available Bluetooth devices: serial numbers appear in the 'Instrument Data' box
- Tap the blue button that displays the serial number matching your device
- When the connection is made, the red 'Connect BT' button (top right of the screen) turns green, and displays the serial number in question
CertSuite displays the message 'Connected to MIT ... waiting for results'.
- When the download is complete, the 'Instrument Data' screen displays a list of all of the stored tests available on the tester
- For every test, the list displays the model and serial number of the tester; the type of test; and the date and time of the test
The user selects which test to open, by checking the relevant radio button. The stored test data is then displayed in CertSuite in tabular format. All test results can be printed from CertSuite Asset.
