Set and Change User Emails [01-0103]
To setting or change an email address for yourself, or another user:
- Log In to your account
- Click on ‘Account Management’ on the Admin button
- Select ‘User Management’ and then 'Select User'
- Select the user in question from the drop-down menu
- At Edit User Details > Login Email enter the new email address
- Tap the blue ‘Update Email’ button
Note: you need to have the ‘Account Manager’ role to be able to set and change passwords: if you are not an Account Manager contact your Account Manager/Administrator to get the necessary permissions.
