Set and Change User Emails [01-0103]

To setting or change an email address for yourself, or another user:

  1.  Log In to your account
  2.  Click on ‘Account Management’ on the Admin button
  3.  Select ‘User Management’ and then 'Select User'
  4.  Select the user in question from the drop-down menu
  5.  At Edit User Details > Login Email enter the new email address
  6.  Tap the blue ‘Update Email’ button

Note: you need to have the ‘Account Manager’ role to be able to set and change passwords: if you are not an Account Manager contact your Account Manager/Administrator to get the necessary permissions.
