Keep track of your licences and invoices [02-0204]
Keep track of your licences and invoices through the Licences and Payment page:
- Log In to your account
- Click on the Admin button and select ‘Account Management’
- Select ‘Licences and Payment’ from the side menu
- Two tables now appear ...
1) The 'Users' table enables you to:
- Create, delete and restore users
- Decide which products users have access to - it can be any one of 'Installation', 'PAT', or 'Asset', but it cannot be any two of these
- If you want to give a user access to two products, you should choose 'CertSuite All', which bundles Installation + PAT + Asset together at a highly competitive price
- The table enables you to see which Licences are paid, unpaid, and spare
- See what is in the shopping cart
- Choose whether to pay annually, monthly or 5-yearly
2) The 'Licences and Invoices' table enables you to:
- See what licences have been purchased, when payment is due, and for how much
- Pay invoices - by tapping the 'Pay Now' button in the 'Payment' column - you are taken to a Xero payment page
- Display expired licences
