Reissue Job [03-0104]

To Re-issue a Job, with test results included, after undertaking remedial works / alterations to the installation:

  1. In the 'Current Jobs' table, select the job you want to copy
  2. Select 'Re-issue' from the blue 'Actions' tab (last column on the right)
  3. Click 'Create'
  4. The job will appear in the 'Current Jobs' table with 'Re-issue 1' added to the 'Job Name'
  5. Test results will have been copied
  6. The UCN (unique certificate number) will have an extra digit added, e.g. '-1'
  7. If the job is re-issued a second time, 'Re-issue 2' will be added to the Job Name, and '-2' to the UCN, etc. etc.

Note that the 'Job Name' of any job can be changed at any time: just open the job, and type the new name in the 'Job Name' box (on the 'Job Details' page)

This feature is ideal if you are re-issuing a certificate following remedial works or minor additions to an installation, since it means that you do not need to produce a new certificate. Any questions, contact CertSuite support: software@megger.com
