Add Signature to Account [01-0205]
If you want your signature to appear on paperwork you will first need to add it to CertSuite. You do this on the 'My Profile’ page of the 'Admin' tab:
- If you already have a signature saved as a JPEG or PNG file go to 'Admin', and then 'My Profile, and under 'Your Contact Details' use the 'Upload a File' button to upload it
- If you do not have a signature already saved as a file you can add one directly using the CertSuite App: go to 'Admin', and then 'My Profile', and under 'Your Contact Details' draw your signature in the box provided (this is easier with a touch screen)
Once your signature is uploaded to CertSuite it will be displayed in all certificates and reports where you select yourself as the Inspector, Authoriser, Constructor or Designer in a job
