Copy Job with Test Results etc. [03-0103]
To create a Copy of a Job that includes all the details of the original job – including test results and observations:
- In the 'Current Jobs' table, select the job you want to copy
- Select 'Copy' from the blue 'Actions' tab (last column on the right)
- In the 'Copy Job' menu, select the type of certificate/report you want
- Name the new certificate/report: if you do not name it, the existing name is used with '– Copy' added
- Tick the 'Copy results' box
- Click the 'Confirm' button
- Note that in clicking 'Confirm' you are taking responsibility for verifying that all of the results recorded in the certificate/report are accurate: this should be done by a QS (Qualified Supervisor)
- Click 'Create'
- The new job will appear in the 'Current Jobs' table
