Log In Offline [06-0102]

Once you have Logged In to the App online you can use it online or offline, without worrying about having to Log In again.  You will not have to Log In again unless:

• Either you or your administrator has changed your password
• You have deliberately logged out, perhaps in order to share your device with another user

Note that if you are logged out, you can only Log In again when you have a connection to the internet

If you are working online in a browser your login session will expire if you leave your computer for more than a few minutes.  If that happens, you will need to Log In again to continue using CertSuite. If you are offline in your browser, you will only be able to Log In if you previously had CertSuite open:

• When you Log In offline a notice appears saying 'Offline Login'
• Click the blue button beneath, saying 'Go straight to the Current Jobs page'

From the offline Current Jobs page you can:

• Open the current job, i.e. the one you were last working on, because it is already loaded in your browser – it will be the only job visible in the Jobs List
• Open a different job, which you have previously saved to your device as a Text File (*.txt, or 'Text Document')
• Create a new job, by clicking the blue '+' button (at the top left)
