Archive/Restore/Delete Job [03-0201]

To Archive a Job

  1. Jobs can be archived from both the 'Current Jobs' and 'Approved Jobs' lists
  2. Go to the job in question - note that you navigate between lists using the 'Current Jobs' button on the top header bar
  3. Go to the blue 'Actions' button (last column on the right) and select 'Archive' from the drop-down menu
  4. Select 'Yes' when asked to confirm
  5. The job will be moved from the 'Current Jobs' / 'Approved Jobs' list to the 'Archived Jobs' list

Find and Restore a Job in the Archive

  1. Select 'Archived Jobs' from the 'Current Jobs' button on the top header bar
  2. Archived jobs appear in a table just like the 'Current Jobs' table
  3. Either scroll down the 'Job Name' column to find the job, or else use either of the two 'Search' boxes
  4. Go to the blue 'Actions' button on the right
  5. Click 'Restore'
  6. The job will now appear in the 'Current Jobs' table

To Delete a Job

  1. Go to 'Archived Jobs'
  2. Select the job that you want to delete
  3. Go to the blue 'Actions' button on the right
  4. Select 'Delete' from the drop-down menu
  5. Click 'Yes' when asked to confirm
  6. The job will now be deleted.  This action cannot be undone.

Note: to prevent accidental deletion, only archived jobs can be deleted. Archiving a job may be a better option than deleting it.  Archived jobs can always be restored to 'Current Jobs' at a later date, and they can also be copied or re-issued from the Archive.
